“Tree arrived 40mins after latest delivery time. Not ideal but ok. \nBeautiful looking tree BUT a real sadness was at least a 1/4 of the tree was caked in mud which we spent 45mins trying to remove and haven't been very successful. Would never have bought this tree due to mud if we had gone to chose it. \nTree was not in netting so difficult to set up. \nThis was pretty disappointing given the price and good service we have had in the past.”

“Re Order 51911.\n\nThe tree is fabulous. However, having price checked the Christmas lights, you have charged me much more than other retailers. I found the 480 warm white LED supabrights as cheaply as £24.99 online, and the red lights are freely available much cheaper too. You don't show the brand when ordering, so it's impossible to price check until they arrive. It does put me off ordering in the future, to be honest, which is a shame as I do love your trees.”

“Great delivery service. \nPoor tree this year. Was tiny for a 6ft tree. Was more like a 4ft tree with a huge top. We may not buy one this way next year. Past 2 year's trees were great. Wide and full unlike this year.”

“1. Eventually Arrived at 11.30 pm Friday 6th Dec\n2. 10 ft tree left instead of 7ft.\n3. No mini tree left on Original delivery day.\n4. Delivery for correct tree/take away 10 ft tree/deliver mini tree rescheduled for Saturday 7th Dec\n5. Corrective delivery on 7th Dec did not turn up!\n6. Correct tree and mini tree eventually received on Sunday 8th Dec, after many hours/days of waiting and many phone calls!!\n”

“Glad the mini tree was free as it isn't very nice. It just looks like a little branch off a tree and it isn't even all the way around so one side is quite squashed and short.”

“I called the driver at around 4.30pm as I needed to pick up my daughter. Was told delivery would be within 2 hours. The tree finally arrived at 9.30pm. Luckily the tree itself is amazing.”

“delivery was very good. I found the tree not very densely branched especially on the top and already losing some needles. I water it every day but it still seem to me branches are drying out”

“Really impressed! The tree was delivered early and is very full and bushy! Best tree I've ever had in fact. Just wish I'd got a bigger one! Delivery was polite. Will definitely be using them again next year. Thank you!”
