“the driver dumped the tree at the door and didn't give us a chance to see the tree before he left. This is the last time I will be using your service. I think it's reasonable to be able to see the tree that I have paid a premium price for before I accept it. The tree isn't great but I know from my experience last year that getting another one is more hassle than it's worth.”

“The tree was not of a great quality comparing to the previous year. It dried in a few days despite being in water.\nThe cost of the delivery was far too high, I am not sure I will re-order next year or recommend to anyone.”

“I ordered an 8ft tree as that's around the height of my ceiling. When I was putting it up it was far too tall so that I had to both cut the bottom off (with difficulty) and remove some of the larger bushy bottom branches so the tree now looks sparse.\nThe part of the trunk that I cut off had a big '9' written on the end so I have been sent the wrong size. Too late to do anything about it now as I've put up and decorated the tree but it's taken me a lot of needless effort and the end result is disappointing.”

“Hi there,\n\nSo we are beyond happy with our tree, it is truly gorgeous and full! My house smells and looks exactly how a imagined for this year Christmas :) \nThe delivery was fine a bit late but ok, I know you say it's until 10pm.\nBut I am a bit worried that the tree will not last at least until the first week of January, because it is already loosing needles a bit, and it was supposed to be non drop tree which honestly I don't think exists, but anyway can you give me some tips how to take \ncare of?? I would be sad, we really love it! \n\nBut all in all I will definitely order again next year!\n\nRegards, \n\nNikola”

“the guys were fine but unfortunately the tree was not- Fingers crossed for 3rd time lucky!! Please make sure it'a a Gorgeous Tree- that can be set up - and be study in the stand- as the one which came today- was curved/bulbous on one side of the trunk- so that we weren't able to secure it safely :( Thank you!”

“the two of them were really nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful- they are my favourite deliverers this year! They didn't have very good trees though- so we chose the better of the 2 they did have- a bit sparse really, sadly- But - at least it is not dead like my last one! it's alive and well- so Thank goodness for that! See you next year, with a very FAB FRESH Complimentary tree!\nHappy Holidays, Nikki”

“1) he didn't ring me\n2) the mini tree's container was cracked and covered in dirt- but he still handed it to me like that\n3) the mini tree's needles are all falling off\n4) the Nordman was totally wonky and not nice as all- Very disappointing. \nThe only redeeming thing is they took it away- and your offices have promised a Beautiful tree to be delivered in it's place tomo... Fingers crossed!”
