“The tree is covered in mud and, although it is technically 10 foot, the bulk of the tree is more like 7 foot with a very long top, so I was very disappointed with it. The trunk is also extremely crooked. I would not have chosen this tree myself, but I understand that it is difficult if you delegate choice to someone else. In future, you should make sure the trees are not covered in mud.”

“Overall, excellent and quick service. Really good! The only downside was the mess left in the communal hallways afterwards. There were a LOT of needles on the floor. Maybe a little sweep on the way out would have been good. Anyway, I'd definitely use you guys again. The tree is beautiful. Thanks”

“The tree itself has a lot of brown and dried branches, looks like the last of season. \n\nThe trunk was, quote from customer services after seeing a photo I sent, "unusually larger than normal, that's probably why it doesn't fit in your stand"\n\nThe delivery men made sarcastic comments because the tree was to be delivered up to the top floor with no lift, saying "we love to walk up stairs with a big tree, we wish we could do this all year round", and "flats without a lift are the best, all this hard work, we love it" said in a very sarcastic manner. Then proceeded to wait for a tip after dumping it on the floor.\n\nMy husband had to hack off the bottom of the tree in order for it to fit our stand, as no one was able to help before Sunday and we didn't want a dying tree left in our lounge. \n\nAll in all, a very disappointing service this year. \n\nSorry for the negative feedback, my main concern was the professionalism from the drivers.\n\n\n\n”

“The tree is beautiful and the delivery was made earlier than I was told (which suited me) but the drivers had no scissors and left the floor is quite a mess. In previous years they have cleaned up and for the price I would expect them to at least offer (and not swear whilst putting up the tree).”

“Delivery was great! Ish answered the phone when I called and gave helpful updates on his eta. When they delivered the tree he made sure his team placed it exactly where I wanted! Also, they clipped the tree outside to minimize the mess in the flat”

“I am regular client and the service has been amaizing before but was really bad this time.\n\nI tried to put the order through using the internet but it did not work. Than I put the order through by phone, I gave the correct delivery address but it was not recorded. I should have checked the confirmation e-mail, but i did not as your service is normally very good.Anyway the tree was delivered to the wrong address, I had to call 3 different poeple and only the 3rd one called Gina actually recorded the right address, not sure why the 2 previous poeple did not record it. So very poor experience this year.\nTxs\nMuriel”

“This is the third year we have used this service. Trees are always well shaped but this year we have had problems for the first time with a lot of needle dropping. The tree wasn't as fresh as usual and the branches were wilting slightly from the outset.”
