“Fabulous Tree! Ordered a 4foot one, received this magnificent 6foot one. Lovely bushy shape, and good stand. Excellent service throughout. Would use again and will tell all my friends about Pines and Needles!!”

“Ordered tree in October. Delivered yesterday. Wrong size and no right. sized alternatives. No offers of compensation and had to ask for a refund. Very very disappointed with P and N. This is not the service I have had before.”

“I had 2 orders over Christmas the first was fine - the second was 2 trees, one of which was terrible (uneven bad shape) and had to be returned. This was not handled well with the replacement tree being delivered by people who did not seem to understand about the replacement and were not happy about having to take the first tree back. Both tree holders (the first had been used and the second was missing one of its screw in bits) were not good.”

“Happy with a healthy tree but seemed to end up with a 4ft tree and not a 5ft had to put it on a table to Make it a bit taller. I am 5ft 2 and it was a lot smaller than me. 4ft should be 10 pound cheaper than I paid.”

“You must have spoiled us last year with a beautiful tree as this year's is a huge disappointment. We have in fact had to go out today and buy another tree as the one you delivered would not hold half of the number of ornaments we had on the same height tree last year. What a shame - I don't think that we will buy from you again.”
