“The size of the tree is excellent, however slightly put off by about 5 broken branches. Will suffice and was a pain free delivery.”

“The tree was meant to be delivered between 8am and 1pm - a service we paid more for. I had to call the driver to see where he was at 115pm. It didn't arrive until 3ish - but I couldn't get back for the arrival so I agreed to it being left outside thus not having anyone to help put it up. The driver seemed to have had to many trees to deliver within the allotted time. The tree stand was/is useless and I am very upset that we paid for a service that we didn't get and that the tree stand is unsatisfactory. I would like to have my money refunded for these things. I also think that you shouldn't advertise services that you cannot deliver on!\n”

“The tree is very disappointing. I've had trees from you for several years, and they have been full, densely branched trees. This year's tree is scrawny, with a maximum width of less than 3 fee, many foreshortened branches, and nearly 2 feet of a single centre branch at the top; which feels like a cheat because the meagre fullness was less than 5 feet high. I supposed it might have something to do with the weather the last few years, but this is not a tree I would have sold. I would have waited another couple of years for it to fill out. Very disappointing.”

“We were very happy and pleased with the Christmas tree last year. This year the tree is a spindly at the top and one sided.\nI am not sure if I can persuade my partner to buy 'unseen' again next year.”

“Tree branches started drooping quite early on even though tree was frequently watered. What was worse is that about 100 small dying spiders have fallen from the tree over the last couple of days. It's really creepy and can't wait to get rid of it. Unfortunately will have to buy from elsewhere next year :(”

“The delivery service was excellent am really disappointed with the product. The driver did ask if I wanted to unwrap and inspect it as it looked a bit skinny but I had a tree before from the company which I was very pleased with so thought it was going to be of the same calibre. It is the worst shaped tree I have ever seen. The top was missing and wrapped up inside were branches broken off. It looks like a misshapen branch of another bigger tree. The kids asked where the rest of it was! It is very skinny with barely any branches and wonky. Not sure that I'll be using the company again.”

“Hi, thanks for the delivery on the day agreed. A bit unhappy cos I was in waiting for the delivery, and then I discovered that it had been delivered out the front of the house with no ring on the door bell so we didn't know it was there or how long it had been there. No opportunity to unwrap it and see if it was okay. Still haven't unwrapped it yet - so I don't know if it is okay or not. The lower branches will need trimming first so we can fit it in our stand. The annual putting up the christmas tree argument is part of the seasonal festivities. \n\nAnyway, you did ask.”

“Unfortunately the tree sent was thin and the top 2ft rather bare. The response from the driver and office was good, however I will have to plan to stay in for a second full day. Ideally re- deliveries would be within a half day time slot. Fingers crossed the next tree will be great. Peta”

“I have just noticed that the "netting" has just been dumped in the curb outside my house - as I said, the two were in a desperate hurry and complained how little sleep they had had - but this is UNFORGIVABLE behaviour !!!!!\n\n”

“lovely tree - the boys nearly left until I pointed out it was wobbling and gettings it in the pot was the primary reason I use your service. Size and height great - slightly saddened by the top, which divides into two”

“Ordering & delivery all very straightforward and efficient. However, trees both had to have several branches sawn off as virtually NO trunk visible to get into a stand! A lot of work that took the shine off the "easier option" of delivery. Also the smaller tree is now looking very pathetic without its lower limbs! By the time the trees were received it was too late to go out and get replacements - very disappointing and quite exhausting for a senior citizen to deal with!”
