Delivery was about 30 mins outside the window but he did call twice to advise.

Lovely tree and great service as always, thank you for the two free mini trees too.

The driver was careless and unhelpful and referred to me patronisingly as "darlin". He scratched my front door bringing the tree in and then rather than trim the stump to fit my stand (which your staff did willingly last year) he tried to sell me a larger stand. Very disappointing service compared to previous years.

I was really pleased with the Xmas tree, lights and decorations, However our original order got lost in transit, so instead of decorating the tree on Monday we had to do it 2 days later.

Delivery was great but the tree itself was not what I was hoping for! It's more of a stick unfortunately! I really like everything else about your company so hopefully I can exchange for a new one tomorrow to remedy christmas and give a better review!

The tree was very dirty and we spent quite a long time cleaning and drying it, which was a challenge as we leave in a house in the middle of London.

Tree I always order every year (6ft) was much smaller than I've ever had and not the nicest shape . Bit disappointed this year

Delivery was quite late in the evening ( 9pm) and would have appreciated a call to say it wouldn't be during the day. There was clearly a schedule when I called the driver so I'm not sure why we couldn't have a text in the morning breaking it down a bit more...but it is a fantastic tree and we are very happy with it

The item was delivered a day late and I paid nearly £20 (ridiculous amount to begin with) to specify my delivery date. You should refund me the delivery fee since I did not receive the item when you said I would.

a wonderful tree - the first real tree we ever bought, and I never thought I'd love a real Xmas tree so much!

The first tree wasn't up to scratch, not pretty, too small and 3 of the main bottom branches were broken off from rough treatment (shoving it into the net). \n\nI called and got a free upgrade to the next bigger size, a note for the delivery guy to pick a nice proportionate tree next time, and overall very friendly service from Charlotte and Harriet. The next tree arrived 2 days later and was really beautiful with enough branches and straight. However, one main branch at the bottom was broken off as well but we fixed it with some string and tape. \n\nI don't know when these trees are cut ahead of the sale but a lot of needles came off right away and the tree felt a bit "thirsty" to me (branches weren't as firm/bouncy as they could be). I'm also wondering why trees don't smell of forest anymore these days. When I was young, we could smell the Xmas tree around the whole house, and this one has no forest smell at all, not even when standing very close. Any reason why that is? \n\nAnyway, for an Internet purchase, it's a very good tree and my kids and I are overall quite happy. C. Chitnis

Overall service is very good, I had a few problems trying to order over the website, particularly when trying to pay. It seems to lose the order and drop back to the homepage. It took me three attempts to get to enter the credit card details.

The tree was delivered a day late, we paid for the tree to be decorated and it was just left lying on the floor in the showroom. I have emailed twice and had no response. We ended up decorating and lifting the tree into position ourselves. I have asked for a refund for decoration fee and no one has replies in four weeks. Not good at all.We are part of Inchcape and have 130 car showrooms in the UK, I recommended you to them last year.

I have already sent you an email with a picture of my tree but I thought i would re-iterate how disappointed I am. This is the worst Christmas tree I have ever had and at the same time the most expensive.

My girlfriend is heavily pregnant with twins so when the tree was delivered she asked the delivery man if he would carry the tree from our (shared) hallway up the steps (all 12 of them!)into our flat.He refused as he "wasn't insured".My girlfriend had no option but to carry it upstairs herself. If your delivery drivers aren't going to deliver your trees into the property then that should have been clearly stated.Your customers can then make their own minds up whether they want to buy one of your trees.Christmas trees are bulky, heavy objects so you need to use a delivery firm that does the whole job,not part of it.\nYours sincerely \nBen Markey
