“We had a very stressful experience over the weekend unfortunately. We had ordered a 5ft tree with a pre 12 Saturday delivery which came to around £85. When the tree arrived the tip had broken off but when we saw this the courier had already left. So we called up the sales hotline to arrange for a replacement. The sales person was very helpful - we live not very far away from your Esher outlet but do not have the means to get down there ourselves so the salesperson arranged for a replacement tree to be delivered Saturday night between 6pm and 10pm via the Esher branch. The tree never arrived. I had also been promised an email confirmation of this arrangement, that never arrived either. So on Sunday I called the sales hotline again to ask what had happened to the replacement delivery we had expected the night before, only to be told that the arrangement was not procedure. So again a replacement was arranged to arrive between 6pm and 10pm. Only that they showed up 3 hour early, thankfully we were actually at home! All in all I am very dissatisfied with the service, even though the replacement tree is good quality.”

“Tree was delivered as promised and I received a call from the driver an hour ahead of the delivery, which was appreciated.\nWe got a much bigger tree than I ordered though, I had ordered a 6ft tree and it must have been at least an 8ft we received, we had to chop the top off for the tree to fit.”

“I am very disappointed. Marius called me at least 6 times between 5 and 6 pm as he couldn't find the house. Although I explained him how he can get to us, he did not do his best to try to find the way (it is not a hidden place, easy to find, next to A40, near Hanger Lane tube station) and in the end I had to go outside and walk for 10 minutes until I found him waiting at a hotel near my address.He started to excuse himself (saying that London is big and he is not familiar with the area, he also said that he had just returned from Kenya after two years)and complained about another customer who sent the tree back earlier today. This is completely inappropriate and I am extremely disappointed not only because I had to interrupt baking because of him. Also, I am very busy and this was my only day off before Christmas when I could have preparred for Christmas Eve and he ruined it completely.\nThe tree is also below my expectations but I didn't have more time & energy to spend with him.”

“Ok , the tree arrived on the right day at the right time. \nit is a beautiful tree , tall, elegant and upright so from that point of view we were delighted . We ordered a 10' tree and the tree that was delivered was 11'6" tall which meant that we had to chop a good foot off to make it fit BUT let's not complain that we got more than we asked for . Better that than the other way round. \nWe were only disappointed in 2 things : firstly , a lack of kilts on the part of the two people who delivered our tree- what a shame , we thought this was part of your hallmark ! Secondly , the tree was delivered without netting which made it much harder to deal with in the initial set up stages. Otherwise no issues. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n”
