“Delivered on time. Tree bit straggly/rotten on one side and a branch broken off. Delivery team were a bit surly-not full of Christmas cheer. Happy overall but not as high quality overall service as last year. Clare”

“My order was not processed properly and I had to make several calls to ensure things were on track over a week later. I was also informed by a member of staff that the delivery fee would be waivered as delivery could not occur for several days. The information was much appreciated as it was my second order within 1 hour and the first person had said nothing. An American girl on staffing was wonderful, as was Bunty the warehouse Manager. Unfortunately though, my overall experience was not positive. Nice miniature trees, however.”

“Hello,\n\nThe delivery crew were excellent and friendly, as always (though my wife was disappointed that they weren't in kilts this year ðŸ). However, we ordered an 8 ft tree and although the tree delivered is lovely, healthy and is just under 8 ft, the top 25 inches are a bare spike with no branches at all. Indeed, the main body of the tree with branches extends only 40 inches from the floor, with stand affixed. The tree's girth is also very much in keeping with a small tree. In short, I feel like I paid for an 8ft tree and was given what amounts to a 5-6 ft tree at best. It's a shame, but I feel like your company can't be trusted to deliver within spec--I don't mind paying more for an 8ft tree, but I do want it to be a true 8 ft. Happy to provide a photo of the tree in question if it's helpful.\n\nKind regards,\n\nChristopher Traulsen”

“There was a major mix up with delivery. I ordered 2 trees but tryed to deliver 4 over 2 days. Charged me for 3 trees when only had 2. I gave details of a second person to call regarding tree's as they were going to my church not my home. At no time did they get called or email sent. Always me. At all times the stuff were lovely.”

“Non drop tree is dropping with the slightest touch despite adding more than 6 pints of water to base. Given that it is only five days since the tree was delivered, I am very disappointed considering cost. Will definitely not use Pines and Needles next year.”

“The drivers were excellent polite helpful full of Christmas cheer. I had order wrong tree and they very quickly helped me fix it through office. I had pressed re order on website (same as last year just 1ft taller) but the tree that came was not the Nordic bushy one I had last year. It was tall and thin. All fixed by drivers who could not have been nicer.”

“My tree didn't arrive on the day it was due. The driver didn't respond to my text. I had to call Customer Services the following day to reschedule delivery and the tree wasn't delivered within the newly scheduled time, either. I followed up one last time for the tree finally to be delivered, but the free mistletoe I was also supposed to receive and the make-good on the original delivery never materialised. I am really disappointed with Pines and Needles this year and will not be recommending you next year”

“The tree is almost ok as is quiet empty on top of it. But mostly I was disappointed by the delivery. The tree is not straight in the stand and there are completely dry branches on the bottom of the tree that were left like that ... not even cut.”
