“delivery was very good. I found the tree not very densely branched especially on the top and already losing some needles. I water it every day but it still seem to me branches are drying out”

“Really impressed! The tree was delivered early and is very full and bushy! Best tree I've ever had in fact. Just wish I'd got a bigger one! Delivery was polite. Will definitely be using them again next year. Thank you!”

“Only small thing was that I had an issuing with payment & a lovely lady responded by email to fix the issue & offered a mini tree as recompense but the mini tree didn't arrive. Aside from that my experience was wonderful!”

“tree looks great. it was delivered about right in the middle of the scheduled time. But what happened to the kilts? I missed that the delivery men weren't wearing kilts! :(”

“overall great service- placed an internet order saturday morning and received delivery first thing sunday morning by two nice guys. i even amended the order late saturday night to add a tree stand and it all went perfectly. thanks so much!”

“The quality of packaging was awful and very unprofessional considering I had ordered a deluxe range of decorations from yourselves. I thought the quality was terrible so I asked to return them because I was not happy. I was told I could at my own cost but it just so happens that you are denying receiving them even though I have proof of delivery by TNT. No one answers emails and I think the customer service is appalling. I run a business and I would never treat my clients in this way!!\n”

“Whilst delivery by Martin was friendly and fast, the tree itself is of pretty poor quality. Uneven, misshapen and lots of bare/bald spots. Overall I'm not very satisfied with the quality so while service couldn't be more convenient and friendly, the quality of the tree will have me looking elsewhere to get my Christmas tree next year.”

“The delivery was on time and I was contacted on the day by Martin which was great. However when I unwrapped the tree it was huge, much much bigger than last year, with a serious lean to one side. The biggest problem was that the truck was too wide to fit into the Pines and Needles tree stand I bought two years ago meaning I spent my Friday evening attempt to thin the trunk with a saw and chisel! This was not easy as the bark was damp. It was still not possible to fit it fully into the base so it is rather precariously purched instead. Very stressful start to the Christmas decorations!”
