“The time slot that we selected was not adhered to, which resulted in the tree being installed at a much busier time and caused access problems for our staff.”

“The collection was scheduled for 7am, and arrived at 8.30am. I was instructed to have all my suppliers offsite by 8am, and this delay therefore meant I could not do this and had repercussions. We paid additional for this collection, and would therefore expect a refund. Thanks”

“I am extremely happy with the delivery, because although we didn't answer the buzzer or door knock, the deliverers were able to get access into the building and leave our delivery inside right in front of our flat door.\nI was pleased do see a double-order of free mistletoe, and of course the cute mini tree; plus you delivered a wreath that my grandparents ordered for me separately. Thank you!\nI am less happy about the fact that a voice message and an email that I left last week went un-returned (it was to confirm delivery of the wreath).\nAlso, the tree trunk was cut poorly/jagged; we had to re-cut it, so it would be level in the tree stand.\nBut overall, I am happy with your service.”

“The delivery was great, no comments about that.\nThe tree itself however, was in a pretty bad state, and not what I was expecting for the price I paid. I was very disappointed with the quality - the tree was basically one-sided, and the bottom branches were all broken. I have some pictures if you would like to see them”

“Christmas tree was delivered exactly when promised. The only thing which is a little annoying is that the tree was pretty muddy and I had to wash the branches before decorating the tree. Other than that, it's a great size and looks lovely.\n\nMerry Christmas!\n\nLucy”

“I bought and had delivered a tree for both my work Marketing Metrix, and my home 77 Howard building. The tree for work is perfect, full and symmetrical. However I am disappointed with the tree delivered to my home, it is not as full and not symmetrical, in fact looks like there is a chunk missing from the back - the two trees look completely different.”

“sadly no kilts, and the tree is on the miserly side....just 6 foot: if i had known I would have ordered 7 foot, but last year the 6 ft tree ws nearer 7ft!”

“The first tree that was delivered was terrible, the driver didn't wait around to see if we were happy with it...just dumped it on the floor.\n\nThe replacement got delivered quickly the following day and the tree was superb. \n”
