“The tree is great and delivery people helpful but I will not use this service again as there is too big a time slot for me to wait in all day for tree. If ocado can do hourly slots why can't you? They charge less for delivery too”

“I called on Wednesday to change my delivery date to Thursday and not only was it done, I was gifted with some mistletoe. Sadly, I've forgotten the customer service rep's name, but he was great.”

“Jules & Co delivered about 2 hours after the close of the 8am - 1pm window - friendly and helpful chaps, but quite clear they're really busy and it feels the delivery service pines and needles offered is oversold and should be amended. \n\nDelivery also missed out the mistletoe. \n\nHad issues with the website - took me 5 attempts to actually place an order, due to the website erroring and forgetting my basket (tried multiple browsers over an hour).\n”

“I don't really see why, in this day and age, you can't offer a better delivery slot than 8am-10pm (waiting in for 14 hours is unreasonable). The website didn't work when I tried to book initially, I called to get an update on the delivery and was told the van had broken down and that "we don't deliver to your area anyway in the mornings" - but was then told by your office that the person I spoke to (Shabana?)shouldn't have said that as it's not true...in short, it was all a bit disappointing. The tree is good enough but I'd seriously have to consider whether or not to order from you again because the delivery is just so poor.”

“This was our 2nd delivery as our first one did not turn during our alloted turn and we were not informed that it wasn't going to turn up on the day selected. Upon ringing the lady was extremely helpful and advised that the driver was running 3hrs late. At this point it was 5.10pm! She kindly rebooked us in for the next day, which duly arrived in the allotted time. Then I realised that I had forgot to order a collection in January!\n”
