“Received a telephone call to say that they would be 15 mins for delivery of xmas tree and they arrivied as stated, there was no xmas tree stand with my order they took one off the van but it was a large one which was great of them to do so that we could put our tree up but to be honest (not there fault) as they were not supplied with the correct stand but our tree keeps moving and is unable to stand straight as due to the stand but great delivery staff very friendly and helpful”

“Unfortunately delivery was 2 hours late. Sango did call at 1pm to say he was on his way with the tree but didn't arrive until closer to 3pm. Deliver was expected between 8am - 1pm. Appreciate it's a busy time of year and traffic can be a problem.”

“I called on Wednesday to change my delivery date to Thursday and not only was it done, I was gifted with some mistletoe. Sadly, I've forgotten the customer service rep's name, but he was great.”
