“I got a call this morning (the day of delivery) to advise that the tree I ordered a couple of weeks ago was not available. I had specifically ordered the 3ft Fraser fir in a pot to be able to re-use it next year and because of the scent. To be advised so late in the day that it was not available having taken the day off work to be home for the delivery was unacceptable. In addition, the holly and mistletoe I was promised as part of the package was not delivered. I would expect some form of compensation given that the tree I have ended up with is cheaper and also for the inconvenience. I also spoke to one of your sales people who promised to call me back early evening to check on the situation - he didn't call. Overall I am deeply unimpressed with your service.”

“Very pleased yet again. There was a glitch with the first tree being coated in mud, but Ish, who has delivered to us for years now, got a new one same day. A beautiful tree. Good communication all round. Many thanks and Merry Christmas!”

“I don't really see why, in this day and age, you can't offer a better delivery slot than 8am-10pm (waiting in for 14 hours is unreasonable). The website didn't work when I tried to book initially, I called to get an update on the delivery and was told the van had broken down and that "we don't deliver to your area anyway in the mornings" - but was then told by your office that the person I spoke to (Shabana?)shouldn't have said that as it's not true...in short, it was all a bit disappointing. The tree is good enough but I'd seriously have to consider whether or not to order from you again because the delivery is just so poor.”
