“We have been using Pines and Needles for years and have always been impressed with the quality of their Christmas Trees. Highly recommend them whether you go and choose your tree yourself or whether you order online. We have done both and been very happy!”

“Fantastic company, excellent Christmas trees and very warm service! If you choose to go for a delivery option, a healthy and good looking tree will be picked for you. If you decide to pop in to one of their walk in locations, very festeve atmosphere and good people working there + you can pick a tree yourself. The first time I picked a tree myself it turned out to be dying which I discovered a couple days later, and Pines and Needles offered a free replacement with no fuss at all. I have came back to them every year since.”

“We were delighted with our tree and it was extremely hassle free. One side of the tree was in fact a bit uneven & slightly flatter in shape - but actually that worked well as it fitted against a window and many people proactively remarked on what a great shape the tree was. Some dropping by late Dec but not extreme.”

“Excellent quality tree. We got a 6ft Nordmann fir. Very attentive service supported with an app to track the tree on delivery. Customer service would contact me within 5-10 mins of emailing with very reassuring responses. The team that delivered the tree were charming and friendly - all very Christmassy.”
