“Ordered a 5ft tree and the tree that arrived was not 5ft. They then very grumpily offered the other tree they had in the van. This tree was slightly taller but looked poor. It is not acceptable that as we were the last people being delivered to we received such a poor quality tree. For over £300 the tree itself, decorations and overall service was very bad. We use Pines & Needles every year and we will not be using again.”

“We brought our tree and wreath from the shop in wendover woods. Lucas and Anya were very friendly and so helpful. They helped us pick the perfect tree for our home and gave us some advice on how to look after the tree. They were wonderful, as well as the selection of trees available. Would definitely recommend them to others.”

“Do not order from these buffoons unless you want your Xmas ruined. Ordered tree for a specific date (Xmas party) and was charged but no tree arrived. Called up and was told tree would be there two days later. Cancelled order and had to wait 5 days for refund. USELESS.”

“Wendover Woods, Lucas and Anya made our day- first time shopping there. We normally get our trees in Chesham but they tend to only do up to 8/9 foot. Grabbed an 11ft tree from Wendover Woods. Both Lucas and Anya were very friendly for our first trip buying Xmas trees with Pines and Needles. Helped take them out and show them plus it was really hard to get the 11ft through the netting machine - give the guys a bigger net machine next year! - so Lucas and Anya had to tie the tree up in several places before it could go through the machine. Lucas also helped get the 11ft monstrosity into the car. It was a value tree as well so not perfect but the price was good. Expected more trees but they had a nice selection. So very happy with the tree and don't lose the team next year! Happy Christmas!”
