“It’s meant to be a non drop tree but it’s probably the worst I’ve ever had. At this rate it will be pretty bare by Christmas! Won’t buy again it’s not been a great experience, especially considering the price.”

“Fantastic customer service, mostly by Joel at the Brockwell park location. A few others helped out too. Patiently showed us lots of trees till we found what we wanted. We were buying three trees and are quite particular about what we wanted. Joel really understood what we wanted and was dedicated to find us exactly what we wanted. Thank you all.”

“Pines and Needles Kenwood House Frank did a great job - he greeted us, asked us about our ideal tree and helped us pick one out, and then included our 3 year old in the process of selecting, sawing and netting the tree. He then carried the tree to our car. Consistently lovely atmosphere, particularly around dusk. Our go to place for our Christmas tree. Thanks!”

“Bought the most beautiful tree at Pinesandneedles on Acton Lane in Chiswick. Harry, who helped us was fantastic!! Knowledgable, polite and friendly. The rest of the team Jim, Chris, Brandon and Sam were all very helpful as well as we bought a big tree and all the lads helped get it sorted. Great team, Great Customer Service!! The layout of the trees and the display made it easy to see all the options and chose the perfect tree for us! Will definitely buy my tree from them every year!”
