“Can’t recommend Pines and Needles enough, great trees but moreover for its excellent customer service. I was served my the charming, enthusiastic Luca who made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. “We are very fussy about our Christmas Tree and so I went twice to Richmond Athletic grounds Pines & Needles and was both time helped by the brilliant Lucy, to whom nothing was to much trouble and her enthusiasm never wained. We had the tree delivered and put up by the team and it was seamless and so simple. THANK YOU (especially Lucy!!)”

“This is an excellent service. I kept making changes in my order and they accommodated me every time. The tree was scheduled to be delivered between 8-1 and arrived at 10:45. The delivery men set it up for me. The tree is beautiful and smells delicious! This is a super company.”

“Got a really beautiful huge tree from the Fulham branch (lol). Great and friendly service from a guy called Ben who manhandled it through the net machine and somehow got it into the car- a feet I would not have been able to do- whilst cracking a joke or two. Left feeling nicely festive and tree looks fabulous in situ.”
