We also provide a host of Christmas Tree services including Delivery, Installation and Decoration services, designed and built for our customers.

We also have over 30 Stores operating across London, as well as the South of England, where you can come and join us to pick the tree that suits you best. We will deliver your Christmas Tree to your door in perfect time for Christmas for you and your family to enjoy.

“Tree is great. Martin advised me that he was running late, which was ok. But seemed rather stressed out when he arrived so not a particularly "Christmassy" experience”

“I just want to comment that the whole customer experience was simply superb; from selecting the items that I needed (so many to choose from at my selected price range), right up to the delivery of the items (prompt, friendly and without omissions or breakages). Communications were also excellent.\n\nI would happily deal with Pines and Needles everyday if I could!\n\nI am already looking forward to next Christmas and making use of your services again.\n\nMany Thanks.\n\ndp.\n\n”

“Ok , the tree arrived on the right day at the right time. \nit is a beautiful tree , tall, elegant and upright so from that point of view we were delighted . We ordered a 10' tree and the tree that was delivered was 11'6" tall which meant that we had to chop a good foot off to make it fit BUT let's not complain that we got more than we asked for . Better that than the other way round. \nWe were only disappointed in 2 things : firstly , a lack of kilts on the part of the two people who delivered our tree- what a shame , we thought this was part of your hallmark ! Secondly , the tree was delivered without netting which made it much harder to deal with in the initial set up stages. Otherwise no issues. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n”

“Generally very good and the tree was well presented, although slight damage at the top branch meant a little bit of repair work needed to have this pointing vertically upwards.”

“Happy with a healthy tree but seemed to end up with a 4ft tree and not a 5ft had to put it on a table to Make it a bit taller. I am 5ft 2 and it was a lot smaller than me. 4ft should be 10 pound cheaper than I paid.”

“Good service and pleasant delivery men but I think £59.95 to install the tree and attach the lights was a tad excessive. A lot of money for less than 5 minutes work!”

“Tree was delivered as promised and I received a call from the driver an hour ahead of the delivery, which was appreciated.\nWe got a much bigger tree than I ordered though, I had ordered a 6ft tree and it must have been at least an 8ft we received, we had to chop the top off for the tree to fit.”

“Very disappointed with the fairy lights, they looked nothing like the image on the website and the wire was more prominent than the actual lights. Customer Service was very good and so were speed and deliveries. I would like to do something about the lights though. Many Thanks”
