My tree didn't arrive until 10.30pm which was a disappointment. the driver did apologies saying he had been delivering since 6am and did his best. The tree is great as always but i was let down on the delivery. They also didn't offer to bring the tree upstairs for me and stood with it at my front door while i had to go searching for a pen as they didn't have one on them. I was also uneasy as on the delivery notice i had to sign to say i was happy with my tree as i didn't know that to be true as it was still wrapped etc. I also never received a copy of what i signed.
