“As usual, a lovely tree but the trunk was so wide we had to saw it half thereby losing a good portion of the tree and leaving it slightly lopsided. I think for £80 we should expect to be able to slot it straight into a holder with the minimum of modification.”

“Tree looks amazing and the service was great. The only problem was the the tree damaged the banister when being carried up the stairs. It also was not in any wrapped which created a rather large amount of mess.\n\nOther than that, all good.\n\nMany thanks”

“Your delivery window is too wide. Please consider a two hour window. The tree is somewhat underwhelming being too thin on the top.”

“Only small thing was that I had an issuing with payment & a lovely lady responded by email to fix the issue & offered a mini tree as recompense but the mini tree didn't arrive. Aside from that my experience was wonderful!”

“Tree was delivered as promised and I received a call from the driver an hour ahead of the delivery, which was appreciated.\nWe got a much bigger tree than I ordered though, I had ordered a 6ft tree and it must have been at least an 8ft we received, we had to chop the top off for the tree to fit.”

“Ok , the tree arrived on the right day at the right time. \nit is a beautiful tree , tall, elegant and upright so from that point of view we were delighted . We ordered a 10' tree and the tree that was delivered was 11'6" tall which meant that we had to chop a good foot off to make it fit BUT let's not complain that we got more than we asked for . Better that than the other way round. \nWe were only disappointed in 2 things : firstly , a lack of kilts on the part of the two people who delivered our tree- what a shame , we thought this was part of your hallmark ! Secondly , the tree was delivered without netting which made it much harder to deal with in the initial set up stages. Otherwise no issues. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n”

“We have used pines and needles now for four years and we are always impressed by the quality of your trees and how fresh they arrive. \n\nThe one thing that does let your service down is late deliveries...when we pay extra to have a specified time slot I do believe it should be met. If it's not net we should receive a call before the slot window expires. The delivery guys were polite and helpful however they called us at 1:50 to inform us they were running late and our window was between 8-1. Our tree did not arrive until 2:45. I think Pines and Needles need to look at improving punctuality as it's been late every year for us. I complained last year as it was over three hours late and I got £5 refunded. I didn't want to cause a fuss this time however I would re commend looking at this area of your service going forward.”
