It Could be possible to to forward this to the relevant site on Google Pages for only good feeling selection.\n\nExample: \n\nYour brought to this page and if you select the smiley happy face it forwards you to the relevant Google plus page and if not it forwards to our portal where we have more control on it than on Google i.e the bad review are not seen on Google and go straight to us . They can be dealt quicker and we do not get bad review on our Google plus pages . \n\nThoughts ? \n\nKind regards \n\nDom”

“I got a call this morning (the day of delivery) to advise that the tree I ordered a couple of weeks ago was not available. I had specifically ordered the 3ft Fraser fir in a pot to be able to re-use it next year and because of the scent. To be advised so late in the day that it was not available having taken the day off work to be home for the delivery was unacceptable. In addition, the holly and mistletoe I was promised as part of the package was not delivered. I would expect some form of compensation given that the tree I have ended up with is cheaper and also for the inconvenience. I also spoke to one of your sales people who promised to call me back early evening to check on the situation - he didn't call. Overall I am deeply unimpressed with your service.”
