“I have ordered from Pines and Needles for four years now and they never disappoint. ALWAYS a beautiful, fresh tree, ALWAYS delivered on time AND by happy fellows in kilts, and far more fun than dragging a tree all the way home (and they even collect when you are all done and full of turkey!) Love this service and now I'm a (Christmas) tree hugger! Couldn't recommend them more!!! 5 star”

“Normally my parents handle the Christmas tree but this year I really wanted to take that off their hands, they already have plenty to worry about. However I already have plenty to worry about myself without adding sourcing 'the perfect tree' to my list of woes and thats without even considering collecting it - erecting it and disposing of it post Christmas... Sigh. Thankfully a friend told me that Pines and Needles take care of all of this. Thats right. All of this (Jaw to the floor.) After navigating your wonderful website and selecting 'the perfect tree' I placed my order... I'll admit a tad sceptically... past experiences dealing with these kinds of things something usually goes wrong. Yet nothing did, smooth like butter. Festive Butter. A few days later Polite, and kilted (much to my mothers delight), young men dropped off the tree, erected it in the lounge and vanished (much to my fathers delight) all within about 10 minutes. Amazing service - The perfect tree (Parent and cat approved) - Would and will recommend again. Thank you and have a very merry Christmas.”

“I am originally from Canada and wanted to find a traditional Christmas tree. I was recommended Pines and Needles and found they had the best selection and most professional staff. I couldn't order online because I was outside of their online delivery area but then spoke to one of their staff, Fiona who said I was near their Victoria Park location and they could probably help me. Met the staff and their manager Justin who helped me with selection of a wreath, stand and tree. My friends back home in Canada would be jealous. First class experience and they will be my source for Christmas trees.”

“Great looking tree, delivered as arranged. Only problem I had was bad communication via E-mail, I had to phone to confirm delivery. One other thing that I found was the lack of root system on the tree, I only hope it survives through Christmas and doesn't die through next year. Thank you M.R.Jennings”

“Having had Pines & Needles trees for 5 years running, this is the first time that I have been disappointed! The guys - Johnny & Ollie - were great, but the trees were very thin and no where near the quality I had become used to. I don't want my tree replaced as it is too much hassle - but I was very disapponted.”
