“Couldn't have been more helpful from order to delivery. We're outside London but the delivery team were very helpful getting it where we needed it. Would definitely recommend and will be back next year!”

“Your staff was really friendly and knowledgeable when I purchased my tree. The tree was delivered to our flat later that night. The prices are reasonable and I like that the proceeds go to charity. I'll be back next year!”

“I work for a Wine Bar in Borough Market, and am incredibly excited to be getting Christmas Happy this coming Sunday. Having looked in to pricings on Monday evening, I received a phone call on Tuesday morning (which I thought was a lovely and personal touch) to see if I wanted to proceed with my order. I have since been liaising with George Baca, who has not only gone to the efforts to ensure that our trees arrive on time (with only a short times notice) and work within our schedule as a place of hospitality. He has been nothing but prompt, gracious and incredibly helpful in this process, and I hope that this is the beginning of a long term friendship between our companies (our other branches are already placing orders as I type!). “A good honest helpful company with staff that is a reflection of this, this is the second consecutive year that we have used their service for providing the tree, decorating it and disposal of tree and this service is a god send, This year I dealt with George Baca a most friendly, and capable representative and I know that we will be using this service next year and thereafter, in what can be considered a happy but stressful time. Keep up the good work :-)”

“The tree is slightly wider than I had requested, as we only have a small space to fit it in I needed something tall and thin. My second point is that the tree is shedding some pines even though I was told that it would not. It's not terrible and the tree looks very nice, however, these were things that I asked for and unfortunately did not receive.”

“This is our third tree from Pines and Needles, and second home delivery. The trees are good quality, delivery can be arranged to suit most schedules, and service is very good, professional and friendly. It's not the cheap option, but you get quality and for busy people the convenience is worth it. We'll be buying from them again in the future.”

“Very happy with our beautiful Christmas tree delivered by Pines and Needles. It's a very thick and lush Nordmann Fir. I would definitely order from them again. The driver was very helpful and accommodating when I wanted to check the tree out of its protective wrapping before he took off. He gave some care advice as well before departing. Very impressed!”

“Tree is absolutely remarkable, it's definitely worth every penny Delivery fast and always on time The only tiny thing is when they delivered the tree they left a huge mess needles everywhere in the corridor and the reception”
