Hi, We are very sorry that you feel that way and apologise for the customer service. We have looked at your order details and found that our driver attempted delivery at 15:59 on Wednesday but there was nobody at the premises and there was no safe place to leave the goods. The courier re-attempted delivery but we cannot control the timing of this delivery unfortunately. If you are unhappy with the tree as per our guarantee please call and we can send another. We sympathise for the inconvenience caused. Apologies again and we wish you a Merry Christmas.

“Pines and Needles came to my rescue after I had been let down by another company who failed to deliver a tree I had ordered in good faith. Pines and Needles took my order, processed and delivered it within 24 hours. The tree and decorations are beautiful. The staff who delivered and dressed the tree were courteous and efficient and did a wonderful job.”

“I did not have a good experience. We paid to have the lights installed- first time around the man brought the wrong lights and when someone returned the following day the lights were put on terribly - worse than I can do myself and when i asked him about it he said he didnt know how to do it and he wasnt qualified to do it- I have now spent two days on this tree and its still not done and im waiting on a third person to come to fix it. Really disappointed”

“We have bought our tree at the Victoria Park branch for three years now. We have found the trees to be very good quality (look fresh and last well) and they deliver. The "store" is fun to visit as there are lots of trees and no one minds if your kids run around a bit getting excited. Had excellent service from the staff again this year - David, Avid, Gordon and Sam, as well as our delivery drivers.”

“Our tree is a six foot Nordman and has a well balanced shape with lots of bushy branches. It was delivered within the time specified by Kyle who was great, a gentleman :)”

“Can't recommend these guys highly enough, they not only deliver it but being it in and put it on the stand, the trees smell and look great and last for longer than you would ever need. The delivery slots are very handy and means you don't have to wait in all day. The delivery team text and call you prior so even if you pop out you can dash home in time. I've had trees from them for the past 3 years and wouldn't be swayed to go to anyone else. Yes you can get cheaper, but you will not get the same quality tree or service.”

“They lost my tree! Christmas starts in our house with a weekend of fun starting with picking a tree and decorating it with the kids. Having paid for premium delivery, we were told to wait at home from 3pm-10pm for delivery. No tree at 10pm. Call to customer services " sorry we have no record of your tree. If you want another one you can we can deliver another one tomorrow between 3pm and 10pm". So 2 days will be ruined, very disappointed kids and still no guarantee of a tree before bedtime on Sunday. certainly no festive cheer tonight”

“This was my first tree from Pines and Needles. I did quite a lot of research and picked them as they looked like they had good quality trees, good prices and are BCTGA certified. They were very flexible with matching another suppliers price which I really appreciated and meant I could afford a slightly larger tree. I found the customer service experience very good, delivery came on time and they brought the tree upstairs for me. The tree itself it really beautiful, nice and full with no gaps (Nordmann Fir 6ft). I will definitely get my tree from them next year and highly recommend! :)”

“Have placed order since 2012 - if it were not for the quality of the merchandise Then the first order would have been the lat! Each year the customer service shown has been dismal. If you are prepared to be stressed, frustrated and are willing to undertake frequent phone calls/ emails to obtain your festive garlanding then this is the company to use”
