“Hello, i just wanted to say that although the tree we received seemed well proportioned, it felt very small and thin (not very wide and full). It was a bit dissapointing as i dont normally order online and prefer to go and pick it myself, but as we are out of the country until the 24th, i wanted to make sure i got a tree on time, and for the the first time, got a tree witnout actually seeing it. My parents received the delivery and the delivery man was very good and helpful. Sorry about the negative feedback. Galia”

“Driver left the tree on the doorstep with my son. Didn't even offer to move it a further 6 inches into the hallway. Shoddy service.”

“Delivery of the tree was perfect. The driver wanted to deliver early and I was home so that ws fine. The tree is 7 ft but 1/3 of it at the bottom is bold, just some branches without needles at all! Also a big part of the bark is removed from one side so I would probably need to cut a part of the bottom so it won't dry out too soon. Please let me know what you can do to remedy this!!! “I wasn't that happy that despite paying for premium delivery the driver arrived 2 hours later than end of my allocated time. Had no choice of trees as advertised. Not as good a service as last year.”

“Tree arrived on time and ordering process was easy. Tree stand works well. However the tree, a Nordman fir, is dropping needles everywhere (literally hundreds) and certain branches are brown. We have had to arrange for a new one to be delivered - phone respondent was very helpful - though waiting in again is inconvenient and I am just hoping we receive a healthy tree this time!”

“Really great! Best tree I've ever had in fact! The tree was very bushy and has kept its needles nicely for over 2 weeks now (we have kept it well watered though). Smell is good and so handy to have it delivered to the door. Delivery man was great too!”
