“You sent the round stand instead of the metal one, but we were very happy with this too”

“Very satisfied - last year the tree wasn't as fresh as usual and looked a bit sorry for its self by Christmas Day. I was considering not using your company this year but in the end I did and was very pleased with the tree. I got the tree early this year as I was having a party on 13th and wanted the place looking festive. Now on Christmas Day the tree looks as good as it did when I first put it up. Will be returning next year”

“Very happy with the service. After putting up the tree we originally received we realised it was very lopsided and sparse on one side. So we called Jules who suggested bringing us another tree on the same day. So he came back in the evening and we picked out another tree that we are now very happy with.”

“Martin was a very nice man. Tree went up fine, nice tree, might want to water it prior to leaving as an added touch. On pick up wondering if he will vaccum the needles up as he brings the tree out.”

“Tree is fresh and nicely shaped. You made a fresh cut for us on the trunk so it can drink water and it is doing great. No needles falling and looking fresh. Thanks for doing as we requested.”

“Lovely tree, but no smell this year which was a shame. We did get our free holly which was left by our front door as we requested, but it wasn't tied which meant that when we got home a little later, it had blown all over the front garden into puddles and couldn't be used. But this isn't a major issue, the tree is the important thing, and we loved that.”
