“Valentin and his men were very good and helpful. They are a credit to your company. Experts in their field! \nUnfortunately the delivery was missing three garlands and because the driver was sent to another job we were unable to receive them in time for an important dinner party. I was told I would be refunded and hope this runs smoothly. \nOther than this I was very happy with the service. The tree is in prime position in a very important home in Chelsea. \nThank you!”

“They delivery came on time but they simply dropped the trees in the service lift area and no one signed for the trees. Loading bay told them to go to level 8, but they went to other floors instead. They should have called if they were confused.”

“Overall quite happy, tree a little bare on one side and needed to have more cut from the bottom as branches low to the floor. Courier quite rude just left tree on my doorstep not at all helpful.”
