“Excellent communication at all times from Andrea. Very quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Made the booking so easy. This is our first booking with PetsPyjamas and it won’t be the last.”

“Disappointing. This company has an online payment process. Takes minutes for your payment to go through. Cancel and they advise 28 days to refund you. In an electronic age we are in I find it unbelievable that any company can take 28 days to refund you. Even large companies bigger than this lot refund in days. 2 weeks down the line it looks like they will stretch the process out. Won’t be using them again. Beware if you cancel the they take 28 working days to process a refund . Nearly 6 weeks ! Another scam to hold onto your money ! Find a more reputable company to book with. This company are just crooks !”

“Not yet been to the hotel. However, the booking experience is great. I spoke with one of the Pets Pyjamas team, and let them know my price range, and how far I was prepared to travel, and they found me a really lovely hotel. It's for my partner's birthday, so I hope it all turns out well.”

“Customer service agent really good. Website needs improvement. If I had not had vouchers to use for the service I would have given up. Not easy to navigate, map view doesn’t show all the properties in an area, cannot get to actual cost without clicking twice into each property and minimal pictures of some of the properties (of the cottage we were looking at there were 2 of a bedroom and no other internal pictures). When you have young children or access issues clear images is really important.”
