“Disappointing. This company has an online payment process. Takes minutes for your payment to go through. Cancel and they advise 28 days to refund you. In an electronic age we are in I find it unbelievable that any company can take 28 days to refund you. Even large companies bigger than this lot refund in days. 2 weeks down the line it looks like they will stretch the process out. Won’t be using them again. Beware if you cancel the they take 28 working days to process a refund . Nearly 6 weeks ! Another scam to hold onto your money ! Find a more reputable company to book with. This company are just crooks !”

“Choosing a dog friendly pub from the range on offer was the start of our holiday excitement. We always read the reviews to give us an overall view but don’t let it influence our final decision as everyone has different expectations and experiences. The pub we went to met all our expectations and beyond. We wish we’d been able to stay another night but we will return.”

“This is a gem of a hotel who really do welcome dogs and their owners. Everyone was helpful and our accommodation, which was in The Gatehouse ( Courtyard ) was extremely comfortable, spacious and cosy. The weather at the beginning of February was cold but our room and the hotel was not. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Even our dog had his own sausage. We ate in two evenings and both meals were delicious. Would highly recommend.”

“Having looked for a dog friendly break on line and discovered Pets pyjamas, finding a suitable hotel and their sorting the booking was a very easy and pleasant experience. The booking agent, Tiffani, was thoughtful, discreet (as this is a surprise birthday break) and couldn't have been more helpful.”

“I need to book something quote specific and from the minute I got in touch the experience was so easy and friendly.
