I made an enquiry and received an email to say I would be contacted by telephone with the number so I could check who was calling. The communication was excellent, and was contacted within 10 minutes of receiving the email. The lady i spoke to was very helpful, giving me all the information and asking if i had any additional queries, which were settled straight away. So far, all good.

Well firstly it was a nightmare booking with yourselves, 1st well couldn't use the vouchers so had to contact you direct and you had to book it for us, that was the 1st mistake, while walking around on our day of arrival we received a email and phone call say we had no where to stay due to a fault your end with the booking system so we were unable yo stay at the Thomas lord,and you were moving us to another place to stay called the running horse or we could counsel and come home, we were not whiling to lose out as we were on holiday so had to take the new booking, this turned out to be 22 miles away and 40 minutes drive from the original destination, we chose the Thomas Lord as it was close to friends were wanted to see but not we were 40 minutes further away were unable to meet up with them in the evenings,

Very easy to use and nice to know that accommodation is 100% dog friendly. Pricing when confirming could be better displayed higher on page.

Fantastic service! I’ve booked my first dog holiday with them. I found the hotel and once selected, got a prompt call with the options available to me and how to pay. Nothing was too much trouble when I had to change dates. Would recommend and now I’m a dog owner will book my holidays with them again.

This cuts out so much heartache when you’re trying to getaway with dogs. So much to choose from and the knowledge that my dogs are welcome too

This is now our 5th booking experience with Pets Pyjamas and they never disappoint. We LOVE the concierge booking service, they’re knowledgable, supportive, quick, efficient and take the whole headache out of planning. I highly recommend it!

Bit disappointed really, the room we booked was a Good Room at the Arch House, as all the rooms at The Globe Wells were booked. The room we ended up staying in looked nothing like the images portrayed on your website, infact the room was bland, tiny and difficult to get the dog comfortable.

Our 1st experience booking through PetsPyjamas who delivered an excellent service. The initial hotel we wanted wasn’t available, it’s not always easy finding somewhere with 2 dogs, after a short conversation they quickly came back with an alternative which we immediately booked as it fitted our requirements perfectly.

Very easy to navigate website. Booking ok, but not like all other sites. Having to preliminary book & then wait for an email a bit weird, especially when the price is exactly the same! Also had to wait for over 24hours to get confirmation & didn't get confirmation of payment separately as soon as it was paid as with most other payments.

More of what I read about this company - paid 3 months in advance and then discovered almost no difference in price when booking an extra night directly and forced to double pay on departure because on petspyjamas' own admission, likely the maney we paid so far in advance hadn't been sent through to the hotel by the time we arrived. Poor service form customer service with calls and emails not responded to and bizarre claims when trying to move a claim on, such as 'accounts department has no phones'... Had to resort to starting a section 75 claim to get money back.
