“I like the concept of PetsPyjames. A website that caters for people who want to take their dogs to a nice hotel or cottage that actually wants them rather than puts up with them. However, I’m finding the whole booking process a little difficult to follow. I tried to check availability on a couple of hotels but your website couldn’t provide it and with one hotel, it was asking to choose a room, but I couldn’t. When I did complete a booking, it seemed like I had to wait for an email from PP to confirm it. Either I’m doing something wrong or this is unusual to be disconnected from the accommodation. However, we’re looking forward to our first weekend away with our dog.”

“Website not easy to navigate, clicking on a hotel to find out more resulted in dates being changed. Clicking on an area sometimes meant the hotel looking at disappeared. It was frustrating at times, saying that I did go on to book as you had what I was looking for.”

“Posted my request and got a call from Angela very quickly. She was super helpful and friendly and it was easy to get exactly what I needed. I’d never heard of PetsPyjamas before and just found the website on Google by chance but can’t recommend them and the process highly enough. Can be difficult to find ways to get a truly dog-friendly hotel and this was so easy. Also got a really good deal with 3 nights for the price of 2. Will definitely be using again.”

“Rudeness and calls cut and took months to reply to formal complaint to get little explanation or help or apology just told they have issues with phone lines and that’s that. Asked to escalate this and actually investigate and Latrice Drackett says back she is the manager and the ‘tickets closed’ I can see why this company is getting so many bad reviews. Under staffed and rude and loosing bookings as people can’t actually use the system or phone in!”
