“Lovely surprise to get a phone call from Claire at PetsPyjamas, who took details of what we were looking for and emailed my back with a short list of properties to have a closer look at. Thank you Claire. We are booked and very much looking forward to our holiday.”

“Disappointing. This company has an online payment process. Takes minutes for your payment to go through. Cancel and they advise 28 days to refund you. In an electronic age we are in I find it unbelievable that any company can take 28 days to refund you. Even large companies bigger than this lot refund in days. 2 weeks down the line it looks like they will stretch the process out. Won’t be using them again.”

“Having struggled to find anything Sarah was extremely understanding and helpful and in double quick time located what looks like a great stop over that perfectly fits my requirements - even coping with me adding a further date after she had already obtained accommodation for my first dates!! Very efficient at keeping me updated and making payment easy - thank you! Will definitely be looking to use you in the future x”
