“Amazing customer services! After having a cottage cancelled by the owner, we were offered alternative accomodation. Joanne in particular was very helpful, all staff were in fact. Strongly recommend.”

“The experience was a little confusing to start with. The first booking request issued did not appear to work. I then set up an account and things seam to move forward. When your website says expect an email you should say how long It may take, otherwise you think nothings happened. I spoke by email to a member of your team and that was great, all queries sorted very effectively.”

“The phone was engaged, so I left a message. My call was soon returned. I explain what I would like. About 10 minutes later, I got a phone call to say that the hotel was available for the dates Inhad requested AaAand so I made a booking, everything was smooth and easy. Unfortunately, I didn't get the booking confirmation by email. I had to ring Customer Care and the confirmation was sent by text, so there was no problem. The people were friendly and helpful.”

“After a bad experience with another booking site, Pets Pyjamas was an absolute breeze to book with. Easy to follow website and no problems booking a beautiful dog friendly hotel. I did have one query which I phoned up about and received a phone call straight back with everything explained. We’ve discovered some lovely new places to visit via this site. Would highly recommend if you’re taking your pooch on holiday with you.”

“So far it has gone from bad to worse. You do not keep your systems updated. I booked Whitley Burrow for 17 to 19 May 2024. You sent me one million confirmation emails, but when trying to contact you to tell you that Mrs. Davies, the owner of the cottage had contacted me to say that her cottage was not available and that she had told you so, I could not speak to anybody. Where is your customer service? I paid almost 300 pounds in full and there is not even a phonecall from you. I would give you -5 if I could.”

“Terribly disappointed - given quote which was paid for, only to be told by PetsPyjamas that a mistake has been made so cancelled my booking. They then tried not to issue me a full refund even though it was their fault. Still waiting for funds to be returned 3 weeks later.”
