“Discovered Pets pyjamas through a Facebook advert and booked a night away with them the very next day. Website was easy to use and had some great pet friendly hotels. Will be using again soon”

“Great website with lots of information about the accommodation and the destination. Very responsive to my online query and when my preferred accommodation was not available they emailed straight back with an offer to find alternative accommodation. A short exchange of emails and we found a perfect hotel with an apartment and private garden which looks perfect for our dogs. Looking forward to our weekend break in June.”

“What a pleasure to deal with ! Ella was nothing but helpful in helping me make my booking . It wasn't straight forward but she put all the wheels in motion to go ahead with my booking . I'm sure the hotel I've chosen will be Perfect for me and my 2 beardies the night before bournemouth ch. Show and we will arrive at the show bright and breeze Thank you petspyjamas”

“Very dissapointing. I booked two rooms for two nights. Paid the quoted amount and recieved confirmation for two rooms for two nights, only to be told the next day that I was undercharged and had to pay another £730! We then had to cancel which was very dissapointing for my daughters and I.”

“We were given PetsPyjamas gift vouchers as a gift from relitives and were amazed at the amount and variation of establishments that accepted our dogs and the vouchers. We had a small problem booking our chosen holiday and contacted PetsPyjamas their friendly staff member Andrea sorted it out for us to confirm our booking. Patricia”

“Could not get anyone to answer phone . Very upset about this , plus I was offered £25 discount , I paid then they said I could not get the £25 discount because I had already paid. They would leave it as a credit, next time I booked , if I book again, so all in all not a 100% happy. They said would phone next day and tell me what the out come was with my complaint and info on parking at the cottage , waiting to see how I pick up key. Wait and see how this holiday goes , it's my 70 th so hope everything else is good.🤔”
