“Website easy to find your way around and booking process easy and straightforward. Really impressed by the personal touch. I made a booking enquiry in the evening and received an email informing me it would be looked at the following morning. It was and then followed up very quickly with booking details and then a personal phone call too. Impressed!”

“We needed 3 rooms for 4 people plus 1 dog and found it difficult to arrange online. I needed to verbally explain what was required. It took a little longer than expected due to my first choice not being available, however a little later in the month was booked. It did take a few days. Hi”

“Used this site for the first time whilst looking for a dog friendly hotel for a short break with our two dogs. When we found the hotel we wanted to book into, we were helped by Lucy who kept in touch with us during the process and then confirming booking. Friendly and professional service throughout.”

“A very friendly and helpful experience. When our original booking was cancelled ( pub had been sold and was closing) Pets Pyjamas were extremely efficient in finding us alternative accommodation to choose from.”

“I had great help to book my holiday as I wanted a specific room with walk in shower. Joanne was also helpful when I had a problem trying to make a payment, she was very prompt coming back with an alternative solution. She was friendly and had a sense of humour.”

“Having dillied and dallied about going away for a few days with our little dog we decided to take the plunge and looked online,at various pet friendly accomadations. We came across Pets Pyjamas whom we had sort of heard of somewhere along the line. Anyway we chose several properties in various UK locations but unfortunately all the places we chose to stay didn't tick all of our boxes and we were shocked at the overall cost of our proposed stay,blowing our original budget out of the water. Eventually we found a property that seemed to tick all the boxes and we let Pets Pyjamas do the rest. We eventually chose a property recommended by PP and have gone ahead with a four night break. Although the cost was still over what we had hoped to pay,the chosen property ticked all of our boxes and best of all our pet goes FREE,booking through PP . Many of the places we previously looked out were charging £20 £25 per night for our pet,which was not in our budget,and so in the end booking through PP saved us a few bob.”

“Great experience choosing and booking our 'special' Birthday Celebration in August. Great choice of properties and prices and some great deals. We went for the Barking Britain deal and after trawling through many, many other booking agents and direct with the Hotel this was the best deal for the package that suited us. Very responsive to messages, polite and efficient. Following booking and payment to PP Hotel were in touch directly to confirm dinner reservations etc. Very impressed and recommend for those looking for a dog friendly break.”
