“Whilst I found the website somewhat difficult initially after making a telephone call I found the staff member extremely helpful. All my queries were answered and I'm looking forward to our forthcoming stay as well as using Pet Pyjamas again.”

“To be honest, I have never had such prompt service using an online booking system, as I did yesterday. It is a fabulous website, offering a wonderful selection of accommodation and the prices are excellent too. After entering my details and requesting a price for my choice of venue and dates, the response on text message came back in a couple of minutes, with email a minute after that. I had a couple of requests and questions which we again answered in minutes, again all by text message. Lynda also offered to book restaurant times for us. Blown away by such wonderful service. Congratulations to all.”

“My interactions with Ella over the phone was great, she was really helpful and provided lots of options. The hotel itself was a great location, staff friendly and rooms amazing. However, my confirmation from PetsPyjamas said that we would have dog food, dog toy and a sausage for Bailey at breakfast. None of this was true. Bailey was allowed to come to breakfast in the end but we were put in a separate room as they did not want him in the breakfast in case of complaints this was the same for dinner so we ate outside the hotel. The hotels need to be more aware of what PetsPyjamas offer.”

“The information provided was detailed & helpfull. We have one concern where your advice will be important. My wife prepares our Sophie's food ('cooked chicken) every day. Could you suggest a way as without a fridge in our room it's going to be oproblematic. Thank you Kind rsegards Neville N. Pinto 07841 273248”

“I was struggling to find a nice place to stay with our two golden retrievers ,we’ve never had two dogs before so a lot of places only take one but looking at your sites they are really good ,I rung yourselves and the service I got was brilliant Thankyou”

“The website was easy to navigate and I was very impressed with how quickly Ashley emailed me with a price for the hotel I was interested in booking. She followed up with a very informative call and took my deposit over the phone. Great service. Now looking forward to my holiday in September.”

“I recently booked a holiday with Pets Pyjamas having been told of their excellent service by friends. My experience did not disappoint. “From making an initial enquiry to booking dog friendly accommodation all staff I dealt with were efficient, prompt with replies to any queries I had and knowledgeable. This made it a positive experience rather than a frustrating one, which it sometimes can be. An added bonus was that I didn't have to pay the additional fee for dogs of £10 per night.”

“We were looking to book a 1 night stay with a nice restaurant as it will be my birthday. We are travelling home after our holidays and found the Bears Paws not far from the M6.I had a question before booking and my query was answered very quickly so I was able to make my booking straight away. A very good experience. Looking forward to our stay.”
