“Great communication, however only received a discount code to use on my first booking, after I had made the booking which was a little confusing and disappointing”

“Thank you Ashley for your help and support in making my booking experience a success! I had previously tried booking the hotel direct, but was told they did not have any reservations for a dog friendly room. I tried PetsPyjamas and Ashley booked one for me in the same hotel within minutes! We haven’t had our paws break yet, but hopefully it will be as good as our experience with Ashley and PetsPyjamas! 🐾”

“My booking was responded to quickly an efficiently. My query was also answered with professionalism and was able to book the place we wanted. Pricing was fair, and we have been to this place before and is so dog friendly.”

“Hotel stay was lovely , bit pricy bur very nice , great for dog , only gripe , ( only small one but worth mentioning) was dinner was in bar or reception area with dog , which is of course understandable , but bar menu ! Resorted to fish and chips or burger which was a little disappointing choice . Stay away for work a lot and tends to be same issue in the more expensive hotels , but Saturday night , close on £500 room , sure the offerings could be stretched a little bit . That said staff and everything else top notch . Thankyou k”
