“I spoke to Alison, who was so helpful and professional, despite suffering from a heavy head cold! She talked through all the options, and even rang the proposed accommodation to check the ground floor room. Excellent service and brilliant price for the room too! Will definitely recommend to all my dog owner pals!!”

“Fabulous service, as usual left to the last minute to book a birthday surprise for my husband’s 75th birthday. Requiring a ground floor was also another hurdle to get over. Alison Reynolds was fantastic not only found us a great venue Alison also managed to get a free upgrade as a birthday treat! Thank you so much really grateful for your help and advice.”

“I had a few questions and the response time was amazing. My only problem was paying on line, after verifying with my bank I closed the banking app and the page was no longer there to confirm payment. This happened twice. I landed up paying by phone.”

“Looking forward to our hotel break we have never stayed in a hotel with our dog before we have always been camping or to a caravan. I was really surprised when I found pets pyjamas and could book a hotel with our dog . A short while later our hotel break was booked. Quick and simple .”
