Having booked online I have received no email confirmation which I would have expected. I do however have a copy of the page acknowledging my deposit payment and. I firming my booking. I have now received an email asking me to complete my booking. I replied by asking if there was a problem but gave received no reply.

Wasn't sure how the membership worked to start with and couldn't find any thing to tell me. However than that a good experience, good clear informatikn on hotels and facilities.. room options and prices.

I received the confirmation after Ihad been encouraged to pay. It was wrong on several counts 1 breed of dog was Glen of imaal terrier but stated as giant schnauzer 2 2 person but I stated 1 person 3 i booked 2 dogs and not confirmed ! I have never been asked to pay hotel room in advance and now very unsure about this as since hotel has been downgraded from 3 star to 2 it seems that I am being charged for what is little more than a hostel

Finding Pets Pyjamas was an excellent thing! The concierge found me the perfect place to take my husband on his 50 birthday and we were able to take our dog to a pub with gorgeous food and great ambience with lovely walks around. She really listened to what I needed and found it for us. The staff were absolutely lovely and genuinely did love dogs! We will definitely go back there and I will book again through Pets Pyjamas.

I gave the person I spoke to details of what I required. They came up with a couple of options one of which I was very interested in but due to circumstances I was not able to confirm at the time. When I could confirm booking (weeks later) they obviously had to go back to hotel to see if dates etc were still available. They did this and the booking was confirmed without any hassle. easy to deal with and they listened to what I required.

PERFECT!!! .......... Hidden Gem Was a bit dubious i admit. Luxury accommodation, good food, nice surroundings & our dogs welcomed not just tolerated. From our arrival we were all made to feel welcome (dogs fussed & given treats). Our room was a suite overlooking the grounds. Gorgeous!!! Whilst relaxing with a drink outside our dogs were brought water & treats. Our evening meal was delicious. The staff were attentive - even the dogs were given a bowl of chicken, beef & some water. We had lovely walks exploring the grounds - such a relaxing environment. After a comfortable night sleep a FULL english breakfast with a choice of coffee or tea - even sausages for the dogs Can't praise or recommend enough!!! We will definitely be returning. Thankyou so much!

Booked through Pets Pyjamas but unfortunately had to cancel. Told we would get the deposit back minus 10% admin which I agreed to. Told the contract is, refund could take up to 28 days but usually less time. It has now been 7 weeks and we are still waiting. Sent numerous emails with no response and phoned several time, leaving a message on the answer phone Asking for them to ring back but again no response. I am feeling very frustrated as they can take money off you straight away but won’t give you the refund back and ignores any correspondence. I thought 28 days was excessive having to wait but 7 weeks with no response is unacceptable. Please do not use this company as they are definitely unprofessional.

Booking site very easy to use and looks great. But when you have to contact the organisation by telephone they don’t return calls. Email they answer, but haven’t understood the request, when try to clarify they don’t bother emailing back.

I have never been away as a single lady with a large dog so booked through PetsPajamas to erradicate any difficulties. The information on website sounded amazingly dog orientated and friendly with an out door dog area to dine with your dog facility! However upon arrival after a long car journey there were no water bowls out or inside. I was sent unaided with bags and dog to the 3rd floor. There were no gestures of welcoming the dog with treats in reception or in room. Also no dog feeding station/bowls/old towels in room. I had taken my own but these would have felt welcoming. In the evening the 2 gentlemen on duty in bar and restaurant were both obviously scared of dogs and were jittery. I asked to dine and they said only guidedogs were allowed. The manager eventually allowed my to eat in the empty restaurant. I was disappointed my dog was not offered any water food or snacks. If avalivable i would of happily paid rather than get her to sit and wait and watch while i ate mine! I fed her in the room later. The next morning at breakfast the buffett was busy with lots of people and children and self serve style food. I asked if i could plate up and sit in a seperate area when we could relax and enjoy breakfast more. I was told no. The manager later agreed we could. There were no other dogs to my knowledge. Staff did not know about the 'dog friendly' services advertised and the hotel seemed to tolerate rather than welcome dogs. I felt let down as paid a lot of money as i thought my dog would be spoilt..she was not. In general the hotel was nice, rooms confortable with ac, par parking ample and food nice..but not dog friendly.

We were pleased with the attention to our needs that was shown throughout. We only wanted a two night stay but my wife is disabled and had several ‘desires’ for the accommodation, which were all satisfied.
