“This was the first time I have booked through PetsPyjamas and was experiencing difficulty with my over-protective computer security system which resulted in three phone calls to Paula whose patience was brilliant. I finally managed to book a much-needed break which we are looking forward to.”

“I was very impressed by the response from Pet Concierge Sue over the weekend when I was searching for a short break for two humans and a puppy. By Sunday afternoon I had made a choice from options on offer, and the booking process was simple and fast. Good experience.”

“PetsPyjamas made the whole booking experience so easy! I called, rather than booking on-line because we were going away with a couple of friends to didn't have a dog and I wanted to know if I could make the whole booking through PP; they handled the whole booking for me. A very friendly and efficient service!”

“I’d never heard of this website until two days ago and I booked a holiday by the second day! Fell in love with the site and what it stood for (in way of putting our fur babies first!). The booking was easy and really appreciated the communication when I had a query on the property I wanted to book. Love this site!”

“Sue Carlton was very helpful when we aiming to book the hotel. She telephoned first to get more details, emailed me with her findings, and when I said we were flexible on dates was able to secure a more suitable ground floor room, bed size, and outside access to patio for our dog. Fantastic! Phoning PetsPyjamas wasn't ideal as was on hold for ages but again, emailed Sue to arrange booking and payment. She called me back very quickly and everything was sorted out there and then, with email confirmations from both the hotel and PetsPyjamas received soon afterwards.”

“Made a booking through petspyjamas for the following day at the Lifeboat Inn Thornham. Very simple and easy to do, saved money by getting 3 free dog places. Would definitely recommend both petspyjamas and The Ligeboat Inn.”
