“Very impressed with speed of communications both written and verbally. Deal seems really good and you get a feeling of being virtually hugged which is a good feeling and very lacking in today’s fast paced world. Hopefully the hotel lives up to this initial first impressions 🤙🏻”

“We used Pet Pyjams earlier this year and have returned to book another short break for a special occasion. Absolutely delighted with helpful and thorough quality of service on both bookings. The knowledge of hotels and their accommodation details is remarkable. Nothing is too much trouble if a question is asked eg is the local beach dog friendly? The answer will be investigated and we are informed. We will certainly look forward to using Pets Pyjamas again and again! Thank you for this brilliant service!”

“My booking was tricky as I lost signal part way through and then the PP system thought I’d cancelled although I’d paid a deposit. Anne at PP was really helpful in sorting things out and battling with my email which for some reason didn’t want to accept emails. All sorted and now looking forward to our trip with Zola the Afghan Hound!”

“Your booking procedure is poor. You have no prices and so we are forced to choose one type of room to find the price which is poor. I got a price but had to ask for other options. You are a dog friendly hotel and I had to choose the breed...my dog is mixed and you have no option for small mixed breed. Thete are very few pictures of the accommodation and they are hard to find.”
