“Not as good as previous booking. I went in cicles to finally lost the original booking and had to re-arrange different dates. Different staff assured me in the first 3 days that my booking was confirmed, only payment didn't go through. When the confirmation arrived, it was not the same room and traveling party detail was wrong. Only on the 4th day, Lucy came on board and had everything sorted out. Unfortunately she couldn't find the original booking, she did manage to find us the same hotel, same room, just on a different date. I was very pleased with her efficiency and good service.”

“I had not heard og PetsPyjamas until I saw on Facebook. As I was looking for a pet friendly hotel I took a look. Eventually found a hotel to my liking that was available for my dates. Very helpful site that saved me lots of time trolling through different websites. Hoping the accommodation we booked is satisfactory but it has good reviews and looks lovely so not worried.”

“It doesn’t state on the confirmation email which room was booked so a bit worried we might have a basic room. Would be good to see twin room options. Overall great experience booking very easy ! Looking forward to our stay . B eing in the industry myself, it will be nice to be Customer for a change ☺️”

“Cracking deal on our luxury hotel break. Lots of savings made. We had B&B, dinner one night, afternoon tea one day, gin & tonic, access to a stunning spa with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Beautiful grounds where dogs are welcomed. Bishopstrow Hotel is the best dog Friendly hotel. Everything thought of, wellies, washing station, bowls, beds, treats, goody box, dog agility course.”
