“This year, my friend had to pull out of our holiay with COVID. Despite it being Bank Holiday Monday, the PP team were on it and got us a voucher for the full amount, which we have just used. Our Pet Travel Expert, Lynda Kitt, was friendly, efficient and made the whole process very simple. Thank you, the PP team. Barbara”
