“I can honestly say that Linda couldn’t have been more helpful. She helped us to find exactly the holiday we were looking for as I was quite specific with my needs. I am so looking forward to a few days away with our dogs knowing that they are also going to have a pawfect vacation”

“Very prompt reply to a price request and good communication re the booking confirmation. Alex did well. Price was the same as the hotel offered me directly but petsPyjamas gave me a 10% reduction due to the January sale.”

“First used PetsPyjamas for a Christmas break last year,have just booked with them again this year Christmas presents and helpful aids for our dogs was waiting in our room on arrival Excellent service,always helpful and friendly Very impressed Plus our dogs come too - very happy”

“I think the concept is great and not paying for dogs a bonus.Wish there was a query service available and that not evert query was seen as a booking. Felt bad as I was exploring dates before a firm booking could be made”

“Very complicated as voucher system - as a gift -could not be applied; had to pay deposit before the voucher could be applied . the lady Sam was good but i ended up having 15 separate calls over two days with her to get this sorted, and numerous different emails. Also after all of this the alleged FREE caboodle pack for our dog is not FREE at all it costs 2.99 postage ; do not advertise it as FREE , and their website is complex to use without signing up. Don't want to tell our son and daughter in law as they were very generous in their gifting at Christmas. I also didn't care for the constant text and reminders two of each , when i had not paid to "quickly secure your booking " hard sell not nice . I couldn't pay as there were so many issues!! I have only put acceptable customer service as your Sam Glynn | Pet Travel Expert was attentive .”

“The experience was excelent the Travel expert was Sam Glynn who I found very helpful and explained everything very good and Sam was very friendly an the expeerence all through was excelent, we are in our older years and she was lovely explaining to me. Thank you Sam”

“The website has lots of relevant information and is a great way to find dog friendly accommodation. However, we couldn't find exactly what we needed so when Lynda rang with a solution that was perfect. Looking forward to our first break away with our young Dalmatian. Just a shame Dalmatian wasn't in your list of dog breeds so she's listed as 'other'.”
