“Brilliant help trying to find us a last two night stay away at an affordable price. Plus the owner of the hotel that we originally booked with, phoning us to say what room we would have and he felt that we ought to know what it's like as he felt not suitable for us.”

“First time we have used this site, Liked the idea of asking our dog's name when making the booking. Found the website difficult to navigate when looking for a hotel. Hotels are not listed as per region which means you need to look through the whole list if you are looking for a hotel in a particular region of the country.”

“Jemma dealt with my enquiry and I got exactly the deal I wanted. They acknowleged that we had an old dog and needed a ground floor room and gave us options for duration and room choice. We sincerely appreciate the attention given and we are really looking forward to our break. Thank you all for a stress free booking experience.”

“Booked and paid for a stay in York on 7th December, (paid for in early November) received an e mail on the afternoon of 6th December stating due to a system error the booking had not gone through to the hotel. They were quick to take the money though! At such short notice we could not find alternative accommodation. Will not book through PetsPyjamas again!!! Very disappointing.”

“I strumbled across PetsPyjamas when trying to organise a break at Christmas and I am delighted I did. Lynda did a fabulous job of securing a 2 day break with our 2 dogs, Lynda was incredibly prompt via text and email making the process so easy. We will definitely use PetsPyjamas again, really good service.”

“We were looking to spend a few days away in Devon and wanted to take Bambi our dog with us. Having not done this before except when renting cottages we didn't really know where to begin on finding a pet-friendly hotel, but Pets Pyjamas was great. It gave us lots of options and clearly pointed us in the right direction. We will be using you again!”

“Concierge service. Lovely lady called me to discuss my stay and provided options via massages. I chose via a link she provided me with. Paid from there with PayPal. Would highly recommend.”
