“Confirmed hotel booking & gave us reference number then rang us to cancel, what a great service, NOT!! Because of the so called ‘confirmed booking’ we had already booked another hotel on the way to this & now we have been hung out to dry with nowhere to stay!! Be warned don’t use this company!!”

“Firstly, let me say how great it is to have a travel firm dedicated to dog-friendly holidays, and in my own neighbourhood too!! PetsPyjamas offer a great range of super hotels and cottages to accommodate different budgets and styles. The booking was co-ordinated remotely, and Lynda was really responsive to my many questions, day and night, and at the weekend which was really appreciated. In the end, we arranged 2 great hotels in the north of Scotland, and we're looking forward to taking our pet pooch, Parker for his first holiday in Scotland, having already been to Wales and Ireland. I'll keep you posted on how the trip went!!! I can strongly recommend Pets Pyjamas and will be sure to be using them in the future.”

“Great Web site plenty cottages to choose from prices very good only problem I had was I could not save a property to favorites to come back to later on frustrating trying to find it again waste of time could put people off otherwise excellent service and easy to pay and could use PayPal excellent thank you”

“The PetsPyjamas team were A1, they went above and beyond to find myself and my partner somewhere to go for Christmas. We are both disabled which made the job more difficult, but did it. Thank you so much”

“Really poor experience. Was dealing with a lady via text and email who was super helpful, when called up, got someone who wasn’t helpful at all and couldn’t find the enquiry. Paid and thought the break was booked only to find out it hadn’t as hotel was not available.”

“Posted an enquire on a holiday to Cornwall, Marie called me swiftly and followed up with an email about all the room and meal options. I found the pricing breakdown confusing and Marie explain it all very clearly. My dog eats fresh food so needs a fridge to store. Marie contacted the hotel, and made arrangements for a fridge in the room. Very happy with my booking experience”
