“I’m sorry to say I am feeling quite cross Because when I was booking my special surprise for my husband I stayed quite clearly that I wanted a ground floor room I was sent an email saying that there was one ground floor room available so booked and paid in full Then today received an email saying that the hotel could not guarantee a ground floor room Now I am about to call and cancel and get my money back”

“We booked a hotel and it was confirmed sounded great all very exciting. Then we revive a message stating it wasn’t available a second place was found not as the first but it was an option we agreed the booking at this point we have paid £299 from our account. I have checked the alternative booking and it is for 1 person not 2 and only one pet not the 2 whom we passed names and sizes over when registering. I thought this was going to be our go to pet holiday firm but not feeling confident now. Can I please have contact tomorrow . Thankyou Maggie”

“We stayed at the Bower Inn on the outskirts of Bridgewater with our 2 small dogs. It’s the first time we’ve used PetsPyjamas and have to say we were pleasantly surprised, dogs were made very welcome. The rooms were very comfortable and the food in the pub was very good. Not far from the hotel is a nice walk which was great to give them a quick walk before we set off for Devon. Would definitely use them again.”

“We have previously had a good experience when booking a holiday with Petspyjamas and this time we were even more impressed as we were looking for a break at a weeks notice. Angela was so helpful and professional, quickly finding 3 properties to meet our requirements and within budget. Looking forward to the break in a few days. Thank you Angela!!!”

“I have booked via the same PetsPyjamas Pet Partner for my last couple of bookings. Angela is very responsive and efficient and keeps me updated on any pet-related queries I have related to my preferred accommodation. It has been a pleasure dealing with Angela and if all the Pet Partners are as friendly and competent, I would highly recommend PetsPyjamas, despite them not always being the most competitively priced, which is not always price matched.”

“The customer service was excellent. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel. This was all handled with the utmost courtesy and understanding from the concierge Lynda. I will be using this service again.”

“So far so good. I booked merry harriers in Surrey through yourselves. Your concierge service booked lunch for us and offered to do that during the call which is good. I wait to see what venue is like, services etc, I’ll let you know”

“We are pleased with the booking process and hope that the package explained in the booking email is what we receive. Our only concern was that the booking invoice does not name the extras as in dinner for one night etc in the booking price. We are sure this is just an oversight and all will be ok. Thanks you for your care.”

“Jodie was very helpful in pricing two options of destinations for our road trips. Once a decision was made it was all very quick and she also helped smooth over a little hiccup with one of the hotel’s booking errors.”
