“The PetsPyjamas team were A1, they went above and beyond to find myself and my partner somewhere to go for Christmas. We are both disabled which made the job more difficult, but did it. Thank you so much”

“Really poor experience. Was dealing with a lady via text and email who was super helpful, when called up, got someone who wasn’t helpful at all and couldn’t find the enquiry. Paid and thought the break was booked only to find out it hadn’t as hotel was not available.”

“Posted an enquire on a holiday to Cornwall, Marie called me swiftly and followed up with an email about all the room and meal options. I found the pricing breakdown confusing and Marie explain it all very clearly. My dog eats fresh food so needs a fridge to store. Marie contacted the hotel, and made arrangements for a fridge in the room. Very happy with my booking experience”

“I love this company but was so disappointed when I booked through their online link and received confirmation followed by a phone call saying this was not booked and they could only now offer me a lesser apartment. They have been lovely and professional throughout but this was very disappointing. I will try again at another time and hope for better.”

“Love them have always used them. They make it easy to search and even better when you ask the concierge to help you find something. Esther in particular was really helpful and came back to us with lots of cottages and locations and with a mix if variety of location”
