“I was very pleased to find a website that listed hotels where dogs are welcome which was easy to follow. I found a lovely hotel for New Year and received a quote via Jen who was very helpful. Would definitely use them again.”

“There were issues with the site taking payment. Sarah, the concierge I spoke to, was really helpful. Eventually I received an email and was able to book and pay through that. I used a discount code (woof10) which wasn’t applied.”

“Was an awful experience having told everyone I was going to posh hotel in countryside: Already not well I required a nice quiet break : looking at the rooms on the advert looked beautiful: But my room although clean was very basic and downstairs next to car park area and so noisy : I arrived a little tried as I’m disabled and tried to settle the bed very comfortable but the noise from traffic when I opened window lorries and cars on the busy road was unbelievable noise so I closed the window: Lying on bed to sleep a while around 3pm for an hour was impossible above me someone was dragging something across the floor in upstairs room I was thinking must be staff dragging cleaning equipment it was none stop : so I got up and went outside for a short walk : Again dangerous near the road huge lorries racing past me : So I returned to my room and saw a man staff I was thinking and told him about the noise he said he had slept in this room no problem from noise Well it continued the noise from upstairs and traffic I hardly slept: I packed my car next morning and checked out after disappointing breakfast as well : I asked for a refund and was told it would follow. Arrived home far worse than when I went : tried and exhausted from no sleep The staff were nice and friendly But I found out the room I had the staff do in fact use and also that their own chef had complained about the noise also : Apparently a couple were falling out and continually dragging furniture and shouting at each other So I feel that I should have been offered a full discount really”

“Finally got confirmation that we'll just be 2 humans and our dog for Christmas we thought we might treat ourselves to a Christmas away, a search led us to PetsPyjamas and their offers, saw one that looked good and sent an enquiry. We heard that Paula would be helping us. It took a few emails but we were son sorted. I'll definitely be looking here for next year's holiday.”

“I don’t usually write reviews in relation to my hotel bookings, but I have occasionally done one on my hotel experience. However, on this particular occasion I think PetsPyjamas deserve some recognition. My wife and I stumbled across the website while looking for a hotel that is dog friendly and found this fantastic place where your pets needs come first. Like most dog owners whole like to take their pets with them it is difficult to find a hotel to accommodate our dog. I’m sure whoever came up with this website has had many similar experiences. So thank you PetsPyjamas excellent idea, great range of hotels and a site that’s easy to browse and use. Highly recommended and have already pointed family and friends to your landing page.”

“Very good cutter service really efficient , they come back with quotes really quickly and nothing Is to much trouble for them ,good rates too . Will definitely use again my contact was Kalum . He wasn't helpful . Thank you”

“We had a lovely couple of days at Mill End. Firstly, the food was excellent! Beautifully presented, interesting combinations and tasted great. Fantastic service, even though they were short staffed one evening, nothing was too much trouble. We had our dog, so we ate breakfast and one evening in The Reading room. Lovely surroundings, Chagford is only a short drive away. I would happily return.”
