“It was very a very good experience. We have booked with Pets pyjamas for a few years now and each time wehave never had a bad experience. Very friendly helpful staff. Always ready to answer questions.if they say they will phone us back we know they will do it and on time. Very pleased with service.”

“Chris was really helpful and it was lovely to be able to talk to a real person over the phone. Chris explained everything fully to me and when I had queries he was able to answer them fully. I have never used your services before but I would not hesitate to use you again and recommend you to my dog friends.”

“We had wanted to book a return visit to The Talbot Hotel in Oundle where we had stayed in September, booked through Pets Pyjamas and enquired at the time. We had an immediate response from Maria to say that the deals for 2023 had not been finalised then, but that she would stay in touch with us until they were. And true to her word she did exactly that, emailing us regularly to let us know what the situation was and we booked the stay today, getting a great deal and a discount into the bargain. We are so impressed with this customer service and can't recommend PP, and Maria in particular, highly enough!”

“Lynda as ever was very helpful and fast in getting in touch and providing all the relevant information that we needed to book our stay. The enquiry was made on New Year's Day and she came back the same day eventhough it was a Sunday. Thank you!”

“I am always trying to find dog friendly places but it can be hard online - I only discovered this yesterday but already a big fan they got back to me so quickly even tho it was late evening - you also pay a deposit and the rest is due nearer the time you go. Highly recommend”

“Basically easy and two things to mention - I was looking for an option for number of adults at the start but realised later that this venue only gave room options. I also ‘missed’ the fact that it was room only until confirmation. Thank you for responding to my question and booking promptly.”
