“The booking experience with pets pyjamas was a little challenging to start with as the website isn’t functioning properly at the moment. However once I got help from the delightful Maria, who was brilliant at both choosing hotel options but also helped overcome the IT issues she and I had , then it was fine. Very pleased overall. Thank you”

“My son gave my wife and I a gift voucher for a PetsPyjamas holiday back in 2019. We booked a weekend break for May, but had to cancel owing to the pandemic. Two years later, we tried booking again. The website is extremely easy to use and the support given by Esther was excellent. We asked if the voucher could still be used. To a certain amount of surprise, and after a very quick internal investigation, our details were still on record and the voucher was accepted. At every stage, we were kept informed of the progress with the booking. We have now received, confirmation, financial details and more detailed information about the holiday cottage. The whole process was quick, easy to use and managed extremely well by the representative.”
