“Basically easy and two things to mention - I was looking for an option for number of adults at the start but realised later that this venue only gave room options. I also ‘missed’ the fact that it was room only until confirmation. Thank you for responding to my question and booking promptly.”

“We decided to make a last minute booking to go away for New Year with our dog Lilly. We wanted to go back to the hotel where we spent Christmas in 2019, also booked with Pets Pyjamas. Andrea received my request and contacted me very quickly. She kept me informed and managed to secure a room for us. Excellent service.”

“I love the website, though I found it quite tricky to use because the dates I wanted kept disappearing (though that may have been because I wasn't using the site correctly). I also liked the friendliness and attention to me as a potential customer, together with the attentive follow-up, after I'd made a booking. The information about venues, together with the map, were very useful and helpful. I didn't get the £25 off my first booking but maybe I didn't click the right button!”
